Online orders

Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total.

Order Status

If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on My Account when signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, call 1 877 872 1173 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST, or email us at info@cute-ture.com. 

Credit Cards & Gift Cards

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be prorated to the value of the shipment.

Sales tax

The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped to a state where Cute-ture maintains a physical presence. We are located in California.

Price differences

We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our catalog and website. Occasionally we offer special prices that are exclusive to our website. Please call us if you have any questions about pricing.

Using the shopping cart.
Shopping at Cute-ture online is very simple and very secure. Browse through our store and find the items you just can’t live without. Select the colors, sizes and any customizations from the product page. Click the “add to cart” button and the item is automatically placed in your shopping basket. Once you have everything in your shopping cart proceed to checkout. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Fill them out, complete your order and you’re done! A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction and an email version of this summary will be promptly sent to the email address you provide. All credit card transactions and confidential information are verified and protected through encryption. Note that your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping for all items in your shopping cart.

Privacy Policy

Cute-ture does not share its mail list with any other party. All customer information is used only by Cute-ture and is not and will not be sold, or given to a third party. We value our clients and believe in our customers privacy.

Return & Exchange Policy

USA Only (we cannot accept return or exchanges for items shipped internationally)

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn / unused and returned in 30-days from date the package arrived at your home/business; we can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items. Note: Bean bag beans, and bean bags ordered with bean filling cannot be returned.

Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.

How to make a return

Step 1

Contact us by phone or email to get a return authority number (RA#). We do not accept returns without this.

Step 2

Exchanges: Your requested exchange items will be shipped to you, along with a call tag to return the unwanted items. (There is a flat $6 service charge for returns/exchanges, which covers all postage).

Returns: You will be issued a Return number. Once received your refund will be processed. (There is a flat $6 service charge for returns/exchanges, which covers all postage). Note that bean bag beans and filled bean bags are not returnable unless they were damaged in shipping/transit or faulty.

Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever works best for you.
